We updated the User Summary report to include training recommendations tailored to each individual, based on the answers they provided for their skills inventory and overall capability improvement recommendations for the institution.
About the User Summary Report
The User Summary Report is available to account managers who have subscribed to the CampusCISO Advanced membership level.
Subscribers to the “Advanced” membership tier can collaborate with their entire team on the assessment and planning process. This includes a module where each team member can provide their existing skill level and their interest in learning new skills for each of the CYBER HEAT MAP capabilities.
To access the report, navigate to “Dashboard” and scroll down to the “Customer Information” section, then just click the link to view each user’s summary report. (The report is also linked from other reports, such as the capability summary report under the skills inventory section.)
New Features
Training Recommendations
The User Summary report now includes a “Training Recommendations” section , just below the user details.
This report summarizes the top 5 training recommendations for the individual user based on their skills inventory, including existing experience, desire to learn new skills.
This list also incorporates the recommended improvement areas for the institution based on your CYBER HEAT MAP capability assessment results.
Complete Capability Assessment required
Like many of the CYBER HEAT MAP reports, the training recommendations reports require that all capability assessment worksheets are complete before the report can generate results.
If you have incomplete CYBER HEAT MAP capability assessment worksheets, you’ll see an error message under the training recommendations section.
