It is the engine of the CampusCISO methodology. Cyber Heat Map® is a proprietary platform that replaces spreadsheet sprawl with live planning tools. It turns your capabilities and controls into a living roadmap, prioritized with real-world peer data. Included with every 30-Day Diagnostic and Membership tier.
It’s strongly recommended, but many of our members start with the Accelerator or Partnership tiers to immediately start with weekly strategy and coaching. The Diagnostic establishes a clean baseline so if you upgrade toget live strategy sessions, we spend our time executing strategy instead of sorting data. (Plus, if you upgrade to an annual membership within 60 days, your $399 Diagnostic fee is fully credited toward the first year!)

We keep pricing straightforward for public-sector procurement. The 30-Day Diagnostic is a fixed-price engagement ($399). All other tiers, including the Guided Membership, Accelerator, and Partnership, are simple annual agreements designed to work within typical higher education budgets.

You own your assessment data and your strategic roadmap. Your institution controls who can view or edit your data.
Benchmark outputs are anonymized and aggregated (e.g. by institution size). We do not publish identifiable institution data in benchmark views.
No. Your assessment details are never sold. They are only visible to your institution and the collaborators you invite to your instance.
If a user is removed from the platform, their individual access logs and contributions are permanently deleted. We do not include individual user data in the benchmarking dataset.
Yes. Our standard usage terms include mutual non-disclosure terms. We can provide standard documents upon request as part of procurement.
If you do not complete your roadmap within 30 days, email us within 7 days after the window ends, and we will refund you in full. No hoops.
If your initial roadmap is not complete after your onboarding phase, we continue coaching you at no additional cost until the initial roadmap deliverables are finished.
Live support sessions are recommended but optional.
You’ll still have unlimited email/chat support, and you can easily reschedule to a new group session.
