This is a low-effort, affordable way to level-set before you commit to deeper work. No system access or site visit needed.
$399 per lens. Reports come back in two to five business days of a complete submission, depending on the lens.

We publish our methods and frameworks for free, starting with IT Policy and adding the rest over the coming year. If a self-assessment fits your needs, you can do the work yourself; it just takes your team’s time to complete.

Book a short kickoff call to confirm scope, then securely submit the material through the CampusCISO Portal. For IT Policy, that’s your policies and standards. For Cyber Heat Map, your answers to a guided capability questionnaire. We don’t require system access or a site visit.

Want more depth after the report lands? You can upgrade to the full Roadmap engagement. If you upgrade within 90 days, the full $399 Diagnostic fee credits toward the Roadmap and your assessment data carries forward at no additional cost.

An IT Policy Diagnostic comes back in two business days of a complete submission; a Cyber Heat Map Diagnostic in five. (TTX Coaching is a Planning Engagement, not a Diagnostic, and runs on the schedule of your tabletop exercise.)
No. The Diagnostic is an advisory service, not a scanner or an online tool. You submit information through the secure Portal once you've signed up. We don't need system access or a site visit.

The Diagnostic gives you a scored read and a prioritized gap list, a fast, affordable level-set. The Roadmap ($4,999) builds on it with peer comparison, prioritized recommendations, and a board-ready narrative. Your Diagnostic fee credits toward the Roadmap if you upgrade within 90 days.
