Accelerator and Alliance include credits you redeem for any Planning Engagement, an IT Policy Roadmap, a Cyber Heat Map Roadmap, or a TTX Coaching engagement, at a flat one credit each. Credits are used within the membership year and don't carry forward at renewal.

The upgrade path
CampusCISO services build on each other. If you start with a Diagnostic and upgrade to a full Roadmap within 90 days, we credit the original amount. Adding a membership extends that support with year-round advisory and year-over-year progress tracking.

Questions
Engagement rhythm, not service level. Every tier includes the same methodology, the same weekly Cyber Bridge small-group coaching with the founder, and both annual Diagnostics. Accelerator adds bi-weekly private advisory sessions and one Planning Credit; Alliance adds weekly private sessions and three credits.
A credit you redeem for any Planning Engagement, an IT Policy Roadmap, a Cyber Heat Map Roadmap, or a TTX Coaching engagement, at a flat one credit each. Accelerator includes one per year, Alliance three. Credits are used within the membership year and don't carry forward at renewal.
Yes. A $399 Diagnostic is the lowest-risk entry point, and it includes a 30-day Cyber Bridge coaching pass so you can experience the advisory relationship before committing. Many institutions start there and move into Guided.
No. Memberships do not auto-renew, and we send renewal notice at least 60 days before the term ends. You can adjust your tier at renewal based on what the institution needs next.
Each tier includes Portal Users (2 for Guided, 3 for Accelerator, 5 for Alliance) who hold accounts in the CampusCISO Portal. Your deliverables are yours to share freely with your board, cabinet, and auditors; the user count is a collaboration detail, not a limit on who sees the work.
