Updating recommendations calculations and adding new features
We’ll be performing upgrades on the site from Friday, September 1, 2023 through Monday, September 4, 2023.
We’re updating the improvement recommendations reports and adding a new risk profile feature to the site. During this time, you may see intermittant issues when viewing some reports and other calculated outputs.
You can still complete assessment worksheets, update your skills inventory, and add vendor reviews during the maintenance window. These features will not be impacted by the planned updates.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Snapshots saved from 9/1 to 9/4 will be removed
Due to the changes being introduced with the updated recommendations algorithms and risk profiling tools, we will be deleting all snapshots that are created during the upgrade window.
This is being done to ensure consistency with the benchmarking data and to ensure you do not have any partially complete assessment snapshots and recommendations that may contain inaccurate calculations.
Once the upgrade is complete on 9/4, we will delete all snapshots created from 9/1 through 9/4. We apoligize for any inconvenience this causes.
